- Cats will only be accepted with a current vaccination certificate.
- A £30 non-refundable deposit is payable, once this has been received a booking confirmation will be emailed to you.
- Cancellations made whist the cat is boarding will not be refunded.
- We are unable to accept un-neutered tom cats.
- Cats must be in a fit and healthy condition and any medical conditions discussed with us before booking.
- Cats must be up to date with their flea and worm treatment. If you cat is found to have fleas during their visit, we will be charged for any necessary flea treatment.
- Any Veterinary bills incurred during the cats stay will be the responsibility of the owner.
- A full day’s board is charged for the day of arrival and departure.
- If the owner cuts short the stay the full duration is still payable.
- Payment is to be made by cash on arrival or bank transfer before collection.
- A £10 surcharge will be added for Christmas Day. The minimum Christmas stay is 4 days.
- We are closed Christmas Day & Boxing Day for drop off & collections.
- A £10 surcharge will be added for New Years Day and Easter Sunday
- Any cat not collected within 14 days of departure date and no communication is received from the owner, a decision to re-home the cat will be made at the cattery owners’ discretion.
- Animals are boarded at the sole risk of their owners and whilst every care will be taken, the management cannot be liable for illness, injury or death of any animal in their care.
